Realplayer upgrade

I just upgraded RealPlayer and can't seem to be able to create a playlist like I was able to do on the old version.  If this feature was dropped in the new version then I'd like to be able to reinstall the old version.

  Playlist feature is available in the latest version RealTimes. To create playlists using RealTimes, follow this article: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204684347
