Game House Bookworm authentication

Some time ago I purchased Bookworm from Game House. When trying to activate the game recently on another computer, I received error messages of having the wrong password or my account not being found. I have since created a Real Times account. Could you help me resolve my issues and activate the game. If necessary I can forward my purchase receipt email.
