REALPLAYER PLUS 16/REALTIMES PRO
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Sir,
I purchased many years ago ( when it was) REALPLAYER PLUS 16. When I upgraded to WINDOWS 10 I had to upgrade to REALTIMES PRO (free). I had trouble with my PC & had to send it back to DELL. They replaced the MOTHERBOARD and HDD. Now my REALTIMES has reverted back to the "FREE" version and saying it will cost about 40/50 EURO to upgrade to PRO but as stated I already had & paid for "PRO". When I sign out/in and check for updates it still remains the "FREE" version.
I originally bought the software under the email " jo********e " but this is no longer supported and I asked one of your agents to please change my email to " j********m " ..... somehow " ju*********m " may have got mixed in here.
?can you help me please.
