REAL PLAYER FREEZEX ON OPENING OF APP

Hi there, Can someone help me out here...........

After I have downloaded Real Player 22 on win10 64bbit I open the app and all of a sudden it decides to freeze up - I then delete the app and reinstall but I still get the freeze up

  Hi  can some one help me out here 

  after try download real player app for my pc  doesnt open it  purchase i tried different way to fix but cant purchase order # AS00345858
