I am begninning to see a lot of people having the same problem with this new upgrade. RealPlayer, this is unacceptable. Please, lets not make this a legal issue. Give your paying customers what they paid for, or we will have no choice but to make this an issue. It is July 30, 2024. I have tried to contact you by phone (which your "press 0 for the operator" is worthless). I currently have to "Downloader Express" and this includes "one-Click videos Up to 8K". Fix this!
