Have Realplayer 22 and I cannot download, again.

I had this problem about 4 months ago and after an update in June, I couldn't download. The new Realplayer 24 also doesn't work but I don't have the express on that one.

  Yeah, me too. I uninstalled 22, restarted my computer, signed in to RP again, downloaded 22 again. Will not download ANY videos from any platform.
