I have paid for upgrade (this is my 2nd time- you bummed me down after the first purchase) and my order number is A-S00333816, paid @24.99 on 08/23/23 but now my plan shows that I am under Free Plan!
Why did you bum me down again??

  seems like a common issue for people who upgraded to 24.  we should all email CS so they can give it priority.
