Download file box - scrolling circle
When I load the Downloader there and try to enter a link, I find a rotating blue circle and cannot access the box. It had been working fine.I saw there was a similar enquiry about 10 months ago and you did respond immediately so I have tried those options. I also tried the two "Restart" and the "Register" options from the menu when you right click the option tray.
Also uninstalled RealPlayer completely and a reinstall. Tried to run it without the two upgade patches and then applied them and made no change
