Realplayer Downloader
I purchased downloader express for $24.99 and was using it for a very long time with no problems. I needed the option to download "audio only" from Youtube videos. Now when I select "audio only" I get a message that says "unable to download". I tried changing the settings in the Youtube video (un-check Auto 1080), I tried many different Youtube videos, nothing works. Also the realplayer downloader keeps coming up with the error message "cannot download from this page". When I try to use the url of a video to download, it also fails to download the file. There is no adequate technical support from any of Real Networks websites, only a community forum with suggested topics, none of which help. I need direct technical support either by phone or chat to fix the problem. I paid for features in Downloader Express and Realplayer Plus which do not work.

This sometimes happen to me too, which stresses me out totally!
I stopped using premium downloader for this very reason, and also found out thru my bank., ITS NOT A ONE TIME Purchase,
Its Recurring every month. I would check that If I was you right now. If it is as I found out, request a refund.

I've been having this problem since the latest update, not audio but just normal video downloads. Sometimes it will download if I keep trying, but most of the time the videos fail.
I never had this problem before the latest update. Is there anyway to rollback, or download the previous version? (I just updated so I don't think I have the installation file)
