Service paid for not being delivered

Being able to download from YouTube is a service offered from the software, but is it rarely made available.  I am cancelling my subscription since this is an ongoing thing.  Telling me i can download videos from other sources is not acceptable, especially if i can download those with free software. 

If RealPlayer can give the service the offer, then I can resubscribe.   Until then, I'll utilize another source that can deliver.

  Perhaps, you can share with us, what other source you are utilizing.

  I have not been able for 3 days now download any videos.
