Not able to download videos.

I paid for my upgrade and now I am not able to download videos. I paid 39 dollars and now I am not able to download videos. I have been with you for almost 20 years and now regarding your upgrades, the primary reason of why I utilize your product has been now shown itself not to work.

  i have subscribed realplayer and realplayer downloader since 2023 and paid via credit card on the spot.

  since 15 days,i can not able to download movies and songs.
