Hello Admin/Customer Service/Enginnering Team why the Real Player downloader keep not working properly, sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not working since 22/12/24. me and sister already installed, reinstalled, restart our PC several times but it's still showing (Waiting To Download or Unable To Download) on the Real Player Downloader ?

We both been using this software over twenty years and we both really need to used it for video downloading I would like to know when the Real Player Downloader will back to normal ?
