(1) Realplayer Downloader unable to download all Youtube videos + (2) Unable to update the multimedia plug-ins
Hi, there are 2 problems:
(1) it was found the readplayer downloader cannot download all youtube videos. On the download page of one of the videos, it shows there is a little padlock icon beside the channel name (Please refer to the below screenshot). Whether the downloader is blocked from any download, or Youtube blocks all downloads? Please advise. thanks
Note: Already tried to do the sign-in on Youtube or not.
Note: Using Realplayer ver. 24.0.2.308
(2) When installing the multimedia plug-ins for Realplayer 24, the update fails. Error Code is shown (CERT_AUTH_FAILED). Please advise how to fix it.

Same error here ... can't install the plug-ins. Looking at support comment history, this has been a recurring problem for at least 5 years!

Mines slightly worse, I have exactly the same with the two patches and I wish they would simply roll them into the next upgrade. On the downloader if I am LUCKY it will let me dwnload one video. But if I close the download box or download a vide then after that I get a permananet scrolling blue circle in the downloader box. Any attenpt to click in the box results in Downloader is Busy. Still a fan at present as it has been so useful for me over the years but patience wearing thin and spent a good few days now looking for a viable but also cost effective replacement. Nothing found so far though

I found VLC Player also Records Videos.
A bit complicated at first, good for a quick learner.
Why I am not using it, I HAVE NO IDEA, almost ready to learn VLC, and its abilities.
Hope that helps, Let Me Know, If it works, for you too, or anyone, whoms tried it, and learned it.
I am ready to go back to it. Bit cumbersome for me, might had improved it since, Dont know.
