Cannot install RealPlayer 24 on win 10 cpu

I looked at the post previously, but they are not my issue.

I have a win 10 dell Inspiron with 8mg ram, i3 processor and 256 gig SSD.

When installing I get an error that some unknown website has been blocked by ESET anti-virus. However, the program RealPlayer 24 says installation successful.

I click on begin RealPlayer and nothing opens.

I go to start menu

RealNetworks

a window opens that says Missing shortcut. Browse yourself to locate.

I find RealPlayer in programs (86) but RealPlayer is greyed out and cannot be clicked.

Taskmgr does show RealPlayer (32bit)

  I still have no support response 5 days later.
