Downloader stopped working

All of the sudden my downloader stopped working. Worked yesterday stopped working today. Have over layed install of 24, and restarted computer. Does not work with chrome or edge. only a blue downloader box appears at top of page, not the orange box I am used to. Any ideas?

  Yea, Went to the gtm, came back, CANNOT DOWNLOAD VIDEO.
