After to upgrading to paid version 24.0.2.308 - I can no longer download videos from any site - the drop down browser Downloader cant find nor download any videos, on any site, using any browser, specifically Chrome.

Previous State:  Prior to the upgrade to 24.0.2.308, the Downloader using Chrome worked flawlessly on all website, with slight exceptions, running on Windows 10 Professional fully updated with Bitdefender, fully updated.

Current State: Made no other changes to anything other than upgrading to 24.0.2.308.  Thereafter, the browser based Downloader drops down as normal but never turns orange allowing videos to be downloaded.  On mouse hover on the Chrome Browser in the top middle edge, the real player browser downloader shows a blue color real player logo (never turns orange). And, when mouse clicking on blue color real player logo, the drop down dialog box states: "Real player cannot download videos on this page," with a gear sprocket showing in the upper right corner and and fill in field to the link on the video.

This occurs using Chrome browser and, I'm having the same results on youtube.com, xhamster.com, and pornhub.com (all of from which I was able to download using the previous version).

  I wouldn't expect a response from real, they no longer care about their customers, all they care about is your money.

  just saying, spend your time and money elsewhere. They deserve neither.

  It sounds like the browser integration or extension may not be compatible with 24.0.2.308. I’d try reinstalling the RealPlayer browser add on, checking Chrome extension permissions, or rolling back to the previous version to confirm it’s a regression.  @slope
