This has become an epidemic, of NO Ability to download videos from You Tube.

This has to change.

This Cannot be always happening. Works Sometimes in the past, and not work again.

WHY? WHY CAN IT JUST WORK?

GET IT TOGETHER, You're just taking our money, and leaving us in the Lurch!

  Same here.  Reinstalled Real Player 24 3 times, restarted computer, re-installed downloader plug-in, changed browsers and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!   Come on Real Player Support----at least give us suggestions on how to fix it especially if we are paying for "plus"

  After three attempts to reinstall Real Player 24, restarting the machine, reinstalling the downloader plug-in , and switching browsers, nothing changed.

  The same with me I cannot download video from you tube. Does anybody have a solution for this? This is a crock. It worked off & on sometimes in the past. I have a new computer, and it does not work now.

  It suddenly started working again on youtube
