srt instead of mp4

If I can't use Real Downloader to download MP$ files, then I no longer need Real.

I tried to cancel my account, but it wouldn't allow me because I have a subscription. You of course didn't say how to do that, and I am tired of looking all over your help files trying to resolve this problem. I am like a rat in a trap, I don't want the cheese any more I just want out of the trap.

  srt files simulcast, MP4 is the format the video records into for playback.

  Uncheck the Closed captions just inside the submenu, after clicking orange button that was blinking.
