Still cannot download from youtube

since yeaterday, I cannot download any videos from youtube, I have found your post yesterday as below:
With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.
1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
2. Simply restart your computer.
3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
however, I tried to restart my computer , I still cannot download any videos , please advise.

I did the update and I still cannot download from youtube.

I Removed realplayer from laptop , and reinstalled but still cannot download anything from you tube,what is going on, this has only been like this for a short time.

Me too cannot download videos from YouTube from yesterday! I also buy a paid version thinking the problem is limited to the free version, but it still doesn't work! I restart my computer more times, but the problem persists

I'm successful downloading videos outside of Youtube, but using Youtube, I still get the UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD Message. Well, once again it looks like Youtube made another software update that broke the Downloader.

I'm also having this problem with YouTube. It starts downloading RealPlayer Downloader, but tells me it's "Unable to Download."
What's going on with your Downloader and YouTube?
This isn't the first time this has happened to me; it's happened several times over the past 2-3 years.
I close and reopen RealPlayer and it doesn't work. I restart my PC and it still doesn't work. I change browsers and it still doesn't work in any of the 4 I have: Chrome, Firefox, Opera, and Edge.
I've tried uninstalling, cleaning all traces of RealPlayer, and reinstalling, and nothing. Everything still doesn't work.
Those of us who have paid feel a little cheated, to be honest.
