I'm not able to update from RealPlayer 22 to RealPlayer 24 after paying for Premium update

I'm not able to update from RealPlayer 22 to RealPlayer 24 after paying for Premium update. I get a message not able to update directory.

  Uninstall RP Completely, then Real.com, download latest from website, usually one thats offered to download.

  Install the New RP you just downloaded, then sign in.

  You should be able to use premium, YOU HAVE TO SIGN IN.

  The downloader? Might not still work.

  Try this:

  Open downloader, clicl real icon upper left, submenu, check for updates, if downloader needs updating, tick the box for real downloader, install.

  Cant say the downloader will work then, but did for me for two days.

  Real downloader needs work still.

  I uninstalled RealPlayer completely, and reinstalled with the latest player.
  I checked for updates and installed them. I still get the same messages:

  1 - Unable to create directory for software decompression.
  2 - RealPlayer failed to install additional components to enable your Plus features, please try again later.
