Upgraded to premium and downloader will not work.

Downloader will not download. Windows 11, 64. Downloader button (top middle) stays solid blue and message is " cannot download videos on this page".  Upgraded to premium, restarted computer, updated real, and still nothing. All the help pages here kind of suck for actual helping. Any real ideas out there?

  me too, i can't download video on youtube and twitter/x, but I can download video on other sites
