My Realplayer stopped working on all my browser, it was working fine up until a couple of days ago. I was using the free version, and decided to get the $39 paid version and updated to the latest version. The realplayer downloader box comes up in the browser, it recognizes the video for download, it goes through the downloading process, the blue bar goes right to the end, then there is a pause and instead of downloading the video, it jus shows the "unable to download video" text to the thumbnail of the video. When I go to the support page it states in a message at the top of the page that the issue is resolved with the updated version which I am using, but it is not. I am on Windows 10 using Chrome and Edge, in both browser the same thing I described above happens.
