Downloading videos from YouTube

I have not been able to download videos from YouTube for a week or so. I was delighted to see that instructions had been put up to remedy this, but I have tried to update RealPlayer 22, as instructed, but I just get the message that I am already on latest version.

I get the blue button to press, but clicking on it does not work - I get the message that it cannot find the video from that page.
