    I fell for the same thing, TWICE! So dont feel bad.

    I Thought I learned the first time. EVERYBODY REMEMBER THIS:

    The ONE TIME CHARGE, is NOT ONE TIME CHARGE, According to my bank, RECURRING CHARGE, Charged EVERY MONTH.

    I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.     Make sure you’re signed into the correct account that has the subscription. Check that downloads are available in your country. Update the YouTube app. Clear app cache (or reinstall the app). Ensure you’re using the mobile app (downloads don’t work on desktop browser).
