I Tried over install the RealPlayer version 24. But doesn't work.
I could download the movies just several hour in a month.
And can't download the Japanese Tver all movies.

I over installed Real Playyer version 24 on 4/8/25 and it still does not work. Message received "unable to download video".
When will it be fixed? Please advise.

I also over-installed but it did not resolve the issue. The version does not seem to have changed, my Downloader version is 24.0.3.312.

I can download YouTube, but I can't download TVer.
RealPlayer version is 24.0.3.312
Video Downloader version is 2025.3.31.01 -
Oddly, downloader is working with firefox without issue but still cannot download a video in chrome. And for some reason, downloader will not update to v2025.3.31.0.

I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
