burning dvd error

when burning my MP4 videos from my RealPlayer Library I get the following message: " end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream". I can't get a simple straight solution from RealPlayer support or anywhere else to this problem.

  I also have this problem as do many other people since Real players their last software update. Official Real player support told me they are trying to fix the problem. It only seems to affect mp4 files. Using Real Converter convert your files into another format like Real Media HD or WMV then they will burn to DVD.
