missing hundreds of videos
for years i have paid and used your site as my cloud storage for my video blog. in the past few weeks i have been missing almost all my content. literally hundreds of one of a kind videos that are very important to me are gone the albums are still on your site yet the content for each is zero. i am ready to lose my mind. please explain to me this is a simple mistake i am just not aware of because i have tried to figure this out before bothering you....I am not trying to start any problems just want the videos that took me years to make telling my lifes story....please get back to me...
