I made the mistake of purchasing this "upgrade".  the trimmer constantly gives me "file parsing errors, not supported by Realplayer" I have this installed on my laptop as well and I have similar problems there as well. realplayer constantly crashing. the version that I had before worked perfectly, why didn't you leave well enough alone?

you claim this new version is compatible with all formats, bullshit!  your company should be charged with false advertising.

I'll be using the tools provided with windows from now on, at least it works. thank you taking my money under false pretense.
