realplayer wont play , just freezes

have done clean uninstall. realplayer still  freezes  when click on icon pics  videos !!  argggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, 

help . !!!! running windows10 just all got screwed up on windows 10 update  a few months ago . please don't tell me to clean uninstall !!!!!! doesn't work !!!
