I was just wondering the status of how your engineers are coming along on the real cloud problem on galaxy S9 or even S5's. Now I can't even get on real times on either. It connects then immediately goes to real times has stopped. I can only get on there from my desk top. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have the 9.99 a month plan. I am just wondering what is going on. Thank you.
