I would really like to use my cloud.  Its been over a year and I cannot up/down load on mobile or pc.  if i sign in nothing is there. but if Photo/Video is clicked it indicates there are 44 videos there.  I cannot see them or interact with them in any way. This is the SECOND TIME I have asked Support this question.  I like your software but the service sucks.  No cloud...no more $$$$$$$.  I do not think I am being unreasonable.
