When I click on sign-in, in the program, all I get is a box with a picture of a cloud... I can't sign-in to get the Premium features that I've paid for. This all started a week ago when downloader stopped downloading XHamster videos... Then an auto upgrade gets flagged by BitDefender and started quarteening files.. "temp\rninst~10\ui_data\inst_config\rndlp_exe"... Trashing my drive... I've uninstalled all RP files, everything I can find, deleting left-over RP files.. I'm afraid now reinstall the 3rd or 4th time again, cause BitDefender keeps interfering with installing. Support says BetDefender was going to "whitelist" the RP  files as False Positive, but it seems they have dropped the ball... So, I guess I'm going to find something else. And Real support really sucks.. I've been with RP since before the days when Real Downloader wasn't even available yet...
