  Today, September 29, 2025 2:00PM (East Coast USA): I removed and reinstalled; got all updates; downloads fail with message "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD." 

  This product worked for a very long time almost flawlessly... today it still isn't working after all the so called fixes. HELP!
