downloarder will not work on any YouTube video, I have tried it on 9 different videos, not a one worked

I was forced to build a new PC because of the end of windows 10 support, ever sence the downloarder will not work on any YouTube video, I have tried it on 9 different videos, not a one worked. I have no videos that have been downloaded to this PC, evrytime I try to download a video Real Player has failed, no matter if I type the address in the window that pops up when the nomal way fails. I have a fresh install of the Real Player, and I am signed in.

  got exactly the same problem!!! And I payed for the upgrade few months ago!!!
