Downloader does NOT work!!! And I am tired of this!

I tried several times to download videos off of YouTube and only two out of 9 downloaded. Your site says the issue has been resolved. But it HASN'T!!!! I paid for this subscription and I want it to work, or I want my money back!!!! Pics to follow...

  Goes for me, too. Since last night I've tried to download, but all day today after I re-install Windows 11 Pro, still shows "Unable to download". What could be the reason, and because of this technical problem, including today, for the entire 2025, I still have twelve days of news from Taiwan's CTS not able to be download or read. It is getting closer to the final quarter of the year. I need to see this problem to be resolved.

  I have the same issue. Cannot download any video from Youtube. Ive just paid for the subscription. You said this issue was solved but is not right¡
