Free Realplayer downloader ver 24.03.312 still not working
I have Free Realplayer. Updated to the latest ver 24.03.312 and restarted PC laptop. Still does not work. Either says "Unable to download" rightaway or downloads about 9.2 MB and then quits (then says "unable to download"). Before update, realplayer downloader couldn't find video. Now, it finds the video but download fails.

I'm having the same issue although I upgraded mine because realdownloader was saying "Unable to download from this page" on youtube. I installed the new update for downloader as per their help page, restarted my computer and it still doesn't work. I've tried other browsers and it still doesn't work. I want my money back. I'm presently using the record screen function on my window pc and that works great. Windows logo then press alt then press R and you'll get a little recorder on the top right of your screen and you just need to watch so that you can hit stop when it's finished.

That goes for me as well. I've just tried downloaded a news story from Taiwan's CTS News, and it went downloads 9.8 MB when using 720 MPS, and 19.5 when using 1080 MPS. Also, I've tried downloaded some other video, but only one came out success so far.
