Real Player 25 upgrade

I just paid to upgrade my Real Player 25 subscription but am unable to see that subscription on my account or install that upgrade on my computer. What do I need to do.?

  If your RealPlayer 25 upgrade is not showing, log out and log back into your account, then check your email for the payment and activation confirmation. Download the latest version and sign in with the same email used for purchase. If the problem continues, contact support with your transaction details, similar to verifying subscriptions sites like tmsim.ph that website.
