youtube downloads not working

I have the latest update and since then I can no longer download any youtube videos what did I pay for?

  I have the current premium version, and I am unable to download using Real Downloader. I haven't been able to download now for most of November, and not at all so far in December. I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and I have tried to get your attention twice now. I keep hoping you will respond and FIX YOUR PROBLEM.  WHAT AM I PAYING FOR? WHO ELSE CAN I CONTACT?!!
