I just upgraded my RealPlayerPlus and it downloaded some things and installed them but it only downloads PlayPack but won't install it. I have requested it to activate RealPlayer and it says it needs to download and install other components first. This is how far I have come but it's not far enough. Will I never be able to use RealPlayerPlus? If it won't work, I will ask for my money back.
