Downloader does not work now for about 3 weeks

I have to down oad videos from YouTube for our church, Western Hills Church of Christ in Fort Worth. I had no problems doing this using Real Downloader until recently. I have signed up to YouTube Premium on a trial basis, but still get an error when I try to download one of the church's videos. I get the message, cannot be downloaded or something similar

  Mine either it is getting frustrating!  I need videos for work and I cant get them because it says that video can not be downloaded with an error message. I did the steps that help told me to take and it worked for a couple minutes but then wouldnt dl again. I cant go back in and try to fix it because it says that I have the newest  updates and wont let me do anything. Please can you fix this please.

  It is NOT fixed. See Kelly James' response above. I also followed the steps provided, but when I checked for updates, this message came up.

  

  I cannot get past this problem. Be professional and REALLY tell us how to fix this issue.
