No Update Found
The banner says the Downloader problem is fixed and you should go to the RealPlayer Icon and click on Check for Update. I did this and it comes back that no update found and that I have the most current updates. Since there is no update, I still don't have a fix and the Downloader is still broke. You remembered to update the banner, but it looks like you either forgot to load the update fix, or for some reason the fix is not available for me. I'm still living with a broken Downloader. Please investigate. Thank you.

I had the same problem. I downloaded RealPlayer again and it overwrote the existing installation. Yet there was no update. I then uninstalled RealPlayer and downloaded it again. Now I get the update downloaded. However, it still does not work. The videos are still unavailable.
