I have recieved two emails with request to give my account billing info. However for some reason each time I submit the credit card to be used it says that my info is incorrect. Is this the only way 4 me to provide this information 2 you...please help.

  I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.   It said I had a new version to download, so I did, but now when I click on the tab to download a video, NOTHING happens !  WHY  ???
