YouTube Downloader Still Not Working
Despite using the new downloader still not working. Spoke to RealPlayer customer service and they said that YouTube blocked my IP address. Contacted YouTube customer service they said they do not block IPs, and if they did YouTube would not work at all. Logical. So what should I do now?

You are not the only one. It hasn't been working for awhile now. I make videos for people's memorials and the families could download them after the celebration of life is over of their loved one that passed way, but they haven't been able to use the downloader to do this in weeks and this really upsets me. Maybe someday it will start working again but until this the poor families don't get the memorial video.

I'm disappointed in RealPlayer customer service because instead of admitting they stiill have a problem with YouTube they deflect it back on me and on YouTube.
