I see the 'good news' in the red banner that updates to my (already paid for) subscription should take care of the issue, but the instructions say to unclick the download of the new version 25 and instead use an option listed in the OTHER tab. However, my OTHER tab is empty. How do I upgrade? This feels very much like an underhanded way to force me to pay again to get version 25. I have been fooled into doing this twice before, but not again!
