Within the last 10 minutes, I purchased RealPlayer Pro for $39.99 and at that moment, I could not download it because I was not in Admin mode.  So, I logged off and signed in as Administrator, but now, I cannot find the link for the downloads.  It is NOT in my download folder.  I cannot see any of the so-called links to do a work around and find the whole Customer Support thing to be a big fat JOKE.  I can see that this is just going to be one big cluster F, so just refund my full purchase price.  Thank you.
