Can't download from You Tube.

I still can't download from YouTube and haven't been able to for the last month. I have reported this to you "lots of times" and there has been no fix provided. I have reloaded Realtime but still broken. I have checked the latest downloads and still no fix. I have reported this constantly, but you appear to be ignoring me. I am a Premium customer and have seen no customer service. Do you value my subscription, or don't you care?

  @geometry dash lite I totally get the frustration! I had trouble downloading from YouTube too. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? It worked wonders for me. Keep us updated on your progress!

  clearing your cache won't work, I did that, also tried different browsers, talked to someone at real, they gave a bunch of bs answers, then wanted remote access to my computer(don't do that!) anyway it's an issue with real player/downloader that they don't seen to be able to fix, can't or won't!
