Hello,

I have purchased RealPlayer, but I am still unable to download videos from websites such as YouTube and other video platforms.

The download feature is not working properly, and I cannot save any videos.

Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible, or guide me on what I should do.

  I’m having a similar issue on my side as well. Not sure what’s causing it, but it would be great if someone could share a workaround or confirm if this is being looked into.

  I’d start by checking whether the download feature is enabled in your RealPlayer settings and make sure you’re using the latest version. It may also be worth testing a few different sites to see whether the issue is specific to certain platforms.
