My downloader stopped working as well.  I have version 22.01.307.  I have uninstalled - reinstalled; logged out and back in.  I have restarted RealDownloader and Desktop Service.  I've even clicked Register This Device Again.  Since there's nothing to indicate whether any of these are actually doing anything I can't tell if it was worth the clicking.  Please help.

I found out the version of player I have, but I forgot how I found it. ha ha

But when I found it I discovered I needed the 18 version somehow I got the wrong version updated, so I redownloaded the 18 version.

I was told to go to the following:

Can you please let us know the following information:

    1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
    2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

Please provide us with the version number you see there.

    Hope that helps you.

This is a problem on their end, it's not us. I wish somebody would tell us something.

There is nothing I have not tried multiple times, I have 22Plus and nothing is fixing this.

Google Chrome user.  "realplayer cannot download videos on this page".  Page is Youtube.  Deleted realplayer, redownloaded, restarted computer, still same message.  Was working perfectly two days ago.

I, too, keep getting "RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page" on YouTube even after trying all the fixes I could find. I tried downloading a video that I had downloaded before and got the same message. I am running Windows 10, RealPlayer Downloader 22.0.1.307.

I am having the exact same problem starting yesterday. I had version 20.1.0.313 installed. Then I purchased an upgrade to 22.0.1.307, but it still says "can't find videos on the page" in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, even after restarts as directed.

I am having the same problem.  I've been using RealPlayer Downloader for a year on Youtube with no trouble.  A few hours ago, it told me that "RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page."  I updated Chrome, then paid for RealPlayer 22, have tried all recommended fixes above, and nothing is working.  Any assistance would be much appreciated!
