RealPlayer download feature is working! updated software on Aug22
I tried downloading a Youtube video, yesterday on Aug22, and there was not an issue. Complete Youtube video podcast was recorded! I also noticed that my RealPlayer application downloaded the new software without my initiating the update. Totally satisfied with the return of the RealPlayer download feature especially for Youtube podcasts that I frequent.

It isn't working on my pc. Have the latest version. Have re-started downloader etc Still stating "unable to download" So frustrating!!!!

Same Here Today is 24-Aug 2026.
I have been waiting for 7 days for the support team to fix.
Have tried every option that has been discussed here to no avail.
Is the RealPlayer support team listening to all of us?
Please keep us up to date and we wouldn't be complaining.

I have the RealPlayer Plus 25 plan. The RealPlayer software on both of my PCs which are still running Windows 10 were updated without my initiating the software update. Both PCs with the RealPlayer software are capable of downloading Youtube videos from the many Youtube podcasts that I frequent as of today, Aug26_2026... From my perspective the RealPlayer download issue has been resolved, fixed.
