Dear Real Player Community,

I have written to Real in the past about a defect in viewing the preferences window in Real Player.  The technical team were unable to help.  I am not upset about this.  Is it possible to ask other users of Real Player if they had the same problem and find out how they fixed it.  I have attached a screen shot of what is wrong.  Please tell me what I should do.  Sorry to be persistent and annoying about this and thank you for listening.
